Minninglow is Derbyshire's largest and most complete prehistoric site. It was used during the Neolithic, Bronze Age and Roman periods. The grove at the hill's summit marks the circular boundary of the grave site. It's a beautiful place, from which you can see various sites of ancient occupation sitting atop the nearby hills, with views over huge swathes of the Peak District.
