Loch Ness, looking East
It's a rare privilege to be able to go somewhere completely new and unknown. Undoubtedly greater familiarity and more time would have helped get the most out of the landscape of the part of the Highland that I was visiting (roughly the area between Dornoch and Loch Ness).
So although these are very much tourist photos, I feel they have whet my appetite for future visits and exploration of this incredible land.
