Stone soup stories are a common kind of folk tale, in which someone passes off a trick against someone else. There are several variations on this theme, and these began as bedtime stories I invented. I tried to write down some of the better ones and the resulting little anthology is here. I enjoyed this project a great deal and hope you do too.
